"Gazprom Mezhregiongaz" develops customer-oriented services
Today at the Lakhta Center a round table was held dedicated to the development of customer focus in the activities of the companies of the Gazprom Mezhregiongaz Group. Participants discussed current approaches to working with consumers, new opportunities in using digital services, and goals for 2025.
The event was attended by Deputy Chairman of the Management Board – Head of Department of PJSC Gazprom Sergei Kupriyanov and General Director of Gazprom Mezhregiongaz LLC Sergei Gustov.
The experience of client centers in St. Petersburg, the Republic of Bashkortostan, Perm and Stavropol Territories, Vladimir, Volgograd, Kirov, Leningrad, Nizhny Novgorod, Novgorod, Orenburg, Samara, Tambov and Yaroslavl regions is presented.
