Germany named Moscow's target as Ukraine
The general emphasizes that now there is no peace between Russia and Western Europe.
Germany is now the main target of hybrid attacks by the aggressor Russia because of its role in supporting Ukraine.
This was stated by the head of the special staff for Ukrainian affairs under the German Ministry of Defense, General Christian Freuding in a comment to “EP”.
“We are fully aware that, from the Russian point of view, there is now no peace between Russia and Western Europe or Germany. International law, according to Russia, no longer applies. Given that Germany provides Ukraine with the most support among European states, we are the main target for Russian hybrid attacks, and we must be ready for it,” the German general emphasized.
