Andriy Yusov, a representative of the Ministry of Education and Culture, said this in an interview with Novosti.LIVE.
According to him, incidents occur primarily and exclusively at facilities connected to the military-industrial complex and the occupying army of the aggressor state. Or on objects that deal with financing or military, logistical, defense support of the occupying corps.
Yusov added that the incidents in the Russian Federation are exclusively related to military infrastructure, in contrast to, for example, the enemy's massive shelling of the civilian infrastructure of Ukraine.
