In Shepetivka, the court found a 32-year-old resident of Slavuta guilty of evading military service.

This was reported by the press service of the Khmelnytskyi regional prosecutor's office.

According to the provided information, the man passed the military medical board and was declared fit for service. However, he categorically refused to accept the summons and did not appear at the territorial recruitment center for military service.

“The verdict of the court has not entered into legal force and can be challenged in the appeal procedure,” the message reads.

We will remind you that the man came to update his data at the TCC and “accidentally” received a summons.
