Help to Ukraine from South Korea
This year, an agreement was signed between the governments of our country and South Korea that will raise up to $2.1 billion.
Ukraine received budget assistance from the Republic of Korea in the amount of $100 million.
Prime Minister of Ukraine Denis Shmygal announced assistance to the Ukrainian state on Telegram. According to him, this is the first budget assistance from Korean partners, which will be aimed at supporting the social sphere.
“This year, an agreement was signed between our governments that will allow us to raise up to 2.1 billion dollars,” the Prime Minister noted.
The official expressed gratitude to the Korean authorities:
“I am grateful to the Republic of Korea for supporting Ukraine in conditions of a full-scale war.”
