Despite the second attack in a week, the power system maintains its integrity and continues to function. Despite the difficult conditions, the energy industry managed to prepare for the heating season, and this preparation allows us to quickly respond to the consequences of attacks by Russian barbarians and maintain the stability of the system.

“This morning was the eleventh attack on Ukraine's energy infrastructure since the beginning of the year. And – what is no less important – the second since the beginning of the heating season. The enemy continues targeted strikes on civilian objects, trying not only to leave us without light, but also to sow panic and despair. In this sense, the aggressor's plans remain stable,” the expert writes.
