“Russia has more than one player going to the NHL draft. Of course, Ryabkin is a good hockey player, this must be admitted. But he still has a lot of work to do. It often happens that guys get on the draft list, but don’t make it to the draft itself.
Our guys now have a good chance to get to Barys, since the club has started to trust Kazakh players. I think we have guys who can reach a serious level. Semyon Simonov, for example, is a good goalkeeper (Vladimir Nikitin – Ed.),” said Starygin.
