“Scientists have calculated how many hours a day you need to sit in order to destroy your blood vessels and heart in the shortest possible time,” is the title of the article.

Even if you regularly exercise, but sit for more than ten hours every day, the risk of developing heart failure increases significantly, experts say.

Experts note that there is nothing good in a sedentary lifestyle; it does not make the heart healthier. It is important that the heart is in a state of physical activity for at least two and a half hours each week. At the same time, you should pay attention to the time spent in a sitting position.
