During the ten years of war, Metinvest mobilized 10 thousand Metinvest employees, and now about 8 thousand serve in the Armed Forces of Ukraine – this is 17% of employees. Therefore, the company is developing a care system for its workers. The director of the company’s Corporate Communications Department, Oleg Davydenko, spoke about this at the Get Business Festival, where participants shared their experience in managing and developing a business in the face of risks, a changing business climate, uncertainty and limited resources.
