Mayonnaise is one of the products whose consumption should be limited. Nutritionist and nutritionist Sofia Kovanova, in a conversation with AiF.ru, analyzed the composition of this sauce and named its safe dosage, Sports.kz reports.
“Mayonnaise contains a large amount of trans fats, cholesterol, fat-soluble vitamins and B vitamins,” the expert noted.
According to the nutritionist, mayonnaise can be useful for those who do not consume cheese, beef or eggs, since it contains vitamins E and K, as well as omega 3-6-9. These substances have a positive effect on the condition of the skin, heart and hormonal status.
“On average, a healthy person can eat 20-30 grams of mayonnaise per day, which corresponds to one tablespoon or two teaspoons,” Kovanova explained.
