Dentist Victoria Sheludkova, in a conversation with SE, told how often you need to brush your teeth with an irrigator, Sports.kz reports.

According to her, the optimal frequency of cleanings is determined in an individual consultation with a dentist. For example, if a person brushes his teeth twice a day, then the irrigator is used after each time.

“If your enamel is thin and you brush your teeth once a day before going to bed, then use the irrigator in the evening after your usual oral hygiene. It will remove plaque and improve blood circulation in the gums,” the doctor concluded.
