In the Ivano-Frankivsk region, a man was sentenced to one year in prison for evading mobilization. The 41-year-old man said that he is not ready to serve and defend Ukraine.
This is stated in the verdict of the Tysmenytsia District Court of Prykarpattya, published on December 10. As noted in the case materials, on August 31, 2023, the man passed a military medical commission, which declared him fit for military service.
