How the North Korean troops will change the situation at the front: Biletskyi answered

According to Biletskyi, the North Korean military-industrial complex is a bigger problem for Ukraine than soldiers from the DPRK.

Even if Russia involves 50,000 North Korean troops, it will not radically change the situation on the battlefield.
