Because of the war in Ukraine, gender roles are changing: more and more women are mastering professions that were traditionally considered male. Also among women there is a growing demand for training, retraining and development of their own business, so the country needs to develop new policies to change corporate cultures in business. This was discussed at the Ukrainian Women's Congress – a public national platform that forms the gender policy agenda for Verkhovna Rada, the government, local communities, the private and public sectors and the media community.
