Ukrainians who are abroad do not have to return to the country to apply for a pension, says lawyer Liliya Lukatskaya.
“Since 2021, there is a so-called extraterritoriality. A person can apply either at his place of residence or at his place of registration to the Pension Fund authorities, or apply electronically through the Pension Fund portal,” she said in an interview with Ukrainian Radio.
