Chef Joshua van den Berg from Austin, Texas, said there are “all sorts of crazy ways to separate eggs”, lots of gadgets for this, sometimes people even try to suck out the yolks using a water bottle. But according to him, your hands are the best tool.

You will also need fresh eggs and two to three medium bowls for this. Make sure your hands and bowls are clean and your eggs are fresh.
