• 300 g of pitted tangerines
• 200 bitter chocolate
• 100 g of coconut shavings
• 50 g of nuts
• 50 g of powdered sugar

Preparation

1. Divide the peeled tangerines into pieces. Melt the chocolate in the microwave or in a water bath.

2. Dip each piece of tangerine in chocolate. After that, put it on a sheet of parchment, and decorate with coconut shavings, nuts or powdered sugar.

3. Place the dessert in the freezer for a few minutes to harden the chocolate.
