How to salt fish in 15 minutes at home – Appetizers


Just two ingredients and salmon or mackerel will turn into a real masterpiece. This recipe is suitable for a festive table, and the main thing is that you can eat the dish almost immediately.

Many Ukrainians have been salting fish at home for a long time. You can use any type of fish you like. According to this recipe, it turns out to be extremely tasty.

Ingredients

fish (to your taste)
500-600 g
salt
1 Art. spoon
sugar
0.5 tbsp. spoons

Cooking process:

  1. First, carefully prepare the fish: wash it and remove the scales. Remove the large bones. Blot excess moisture with a dry paper towel.
  2. Cut the fish into pieces (smaller ones will only salt for 15 minutes, larger ones will need 4-5 hours). Rub with salt and sugar, trying not to damage the structure.
  3. Transfer the fish to a clean container, close hermetically…
