How to say drinking buddy in Ukrainian

According to the expert, people use tracing paper when they try to say this word in Ukrainian.

In Ukraine, during feasts, people are accustomed to speaking to those with whom they drink alcoholic drinks as “drinking buddies,” but this word is a Russianism, and “spіvplyashnik” is a structural copy of it. Philologist, Ukrainizer and literary editor Olga Vasilyeva spoke about this on her Facebook page.

According to her, the Ukrainian equivalent of this word would be “pocharkivets”, and she would say “pocharkivka”.
