Against the background of the statements of a number of politicians about the possible end of the war and the expectation of a part of Ukrainian society for decisive actions on the eve or immediately after the inauguration of Donald Trump, his opinion on this in a comment for TSN.ua expressed the Ukrainian political scientist Volodymyr Fesenko.
“There are such moods, there is hope for the end of the war and for Donald Trump. But there is also an opposite trend. It may not be so numerous, but it is visible and traditionally active. We are talking about opponents of any agreement with Russia. But, in fact, the trend that is now visible and it is already numerous is an increase in the number of people who hope that Trump will help end the war,” says Volodymyr Fesenko.
