Active UFC champion featherweight Ilia Topuria said that he dreams of fighting against the undefeated ex-champion UFC lightweight Khabib NurmagomedovaSports.kz reports with reference to Championat.com.
“Who do I dream of fighting? I would really like to fight Khabib Nurmagomedov. He has a perfect 29-0 record and that really appeals to me. He has a great history and I respect him as a champion. Could I defeat him? 100%,” Topuria is quoted as saying by MMA Junkie.
Let us remind you that Nurmagomedov ended his fighting career at the end of 2020. In October 2020, the last fight of Khabib’s career took place, where he defeated Justin Gaethje by choke in the second round.
