The government has adopted a new resolution that will allow Ukrainians to report communication problems through the Diya application.
This was announced by the Minister of Digital Transformation Mykhailo Fedorov.
“If your pages are not loading, calls are not going through or messages are not being sent, you can report this through Diya,” the message reads.
Fedorov said that Ukrainians should be able to call their relatives, call the emergency services or view the map of air alarms, despite the blackout.
“We will launch a service so that you can quickly report the lack of communication, and the regulator will correct this situation,” the Deputy Prime Minister noted.
