This is stated in the verdict of the Khmelnytskyi City District Court.
According to the court, in March 2024, the man passed the military medical commission, which found him fit for mobilization. A resident of Khmelnytskyi was issued a summons, but he never came to the TCC.
At the court, the man admitted his guilt and repented. He stated that he “passed the military medical commission, according to the results of which he was deemed fit for military service, and also received a summons, according to which he was to arrive on March 20, 2024 at 07:00 a.m. at the TCC, however, he did not arrive at the specified time, because he does not want (is afraid) to do military service.”
