Since the beginning of October, residents of a number of apartment buildings in the Nikolskaya settlement have been lighting their way with a flashlight on their phone. Kirov residents complain that after 17:00, due to the lack of lights, the risk of getting into an accident increases. People have to navigate by store signs and the headlights of passing and oncoming cars.

Complaints to the city administration remained fruitless. The municipal organization that maintains the power grid is inactive. It turned out that the ownerless section of the networks had no owner for a long time. Only after complaints from townspeople did the mayor's office begin to register it as their property. Social activists fear that the process will take a year.
