In Kirov, the court issued a verdict in another bribery case. The details were provided by the regional prosecutor's office.

The court considered the case that was brought against the founder of the contracting organization with which the Road Committee of the Kirov Region had a contract for the repair of the highway. It was established that in August 2023, a company representative gave 100 thousand rubles to an official in the Road Committee in exchange for unhindered acceptance.

The prosecutor's office has completed an anti-corruption investigation. Proceedings were conducted in an administrative case regarding illegal remuneration on behalf of a legal entity. The court found the organization guilty. Its management was fined 500 thousand rubles. Let us remind you that one of the recipients of bribes in the Road Committee has already been sentenced.
