The minister said that on the morning of November 7, a Russian drone hit the house where an Estonian diplomat lives. Fortunately, the ambassador was not injured.
“No one will be safe in Ukraine until Russia stops its aggression. Ukraine needs more air defense to protect its people. We should not get used to it,” Tsakhna said in a statement.
