A 20-year-old foreigner temporarily residing in the capital is involved in the crime.

“A foreign student chased the minor victim to the dormitory where she lived and committed violent acts of a sexual nature against her,” the police said.

The Metropolitan Police received a report from a local resident that an unknown man sexually assaulted her 12-year-old daughter while in the dormitory.
