The Kyiv police have started a criminal investigation into the fact of cruel treatment of a dog in Holosiivskyi district of the capital. It is about the owner's abuse of an 11-year-old Toy Terrier girl.
This was reported at the Main Directorate of the National Police in the city of Kyiv.
Investigators removed the injured dog and transferred it to a specialized shelter, where the animal will be examined by veterinarians and provided with all necessary assistance.
