The tragedy happened in the Podilsk district of the capital. The law enforcement officers received information from a local resident that screams were heard from the neighbors' apartment at night, and in the morning she discovered the body of an acquaintance without signs of life.
“Arriving at the scene, the law enforcement officers discovered the body of a woman with traces of violent death. It was established that the husband and wife had been drinking alcoholic beverages during the night. A domestic conflict arose between the spouses, as a result of which the husband stabbed the woman several times in the chest and neck with a kitchen knife. From the received a 42-year-old woman from Kyiv died on the spot from her injuries,” the police reported.
