27-year-old Dmytro Kotsyubaylo was the legendary commander of the Da Vinci Wolves volunteer battalion and one of the youngest knights of the Hero of Ukraine title, which he received during his lifetime.
IN Kyiv a monument to Dmytro Kotsyubail, known by the nickname “Da Vinci”, was opened at the Askold grave.

Kotsyubailo died in battle on March 7, 2023. He was 27 years old.

“Da Vinci” commanded a battalion in the 67th brigade. Dmytro fought since 2014. He went to the front at the age of 18.
