Due to the strong wind, the capital was even declared the first level of danger – yellow. According to forecasts of the Ukrainian Hydrometeorological Center, wind gusts will reach 15-20 m/s in Kyiv.

As a reminder, in Kyiv, in the Akademmistechko microdistrict, at 12 Akademika Dobrokhotova Street the wind knocked down a huge tree directly on a five-story residential building. The strong roar from the falling tree scared the residents of the five-story building, because before that an air alert was announced in Kyiv. People say that they were scared because they thought that their house had been hit by fragments of the Shahed.
