In Lviv, a 14-year-old girl was hospitalized for the second time after smoking electronic cigarettes. Later it became known that she has an allergy.

This was reported by the “Okhmatdyt” hospital on Facebook.

The girl was hospitalized with complaints of shortness of breath and difficulty breathing. The day before that, she smoked vape. She was given first aid and referred to the Center for Children's Medicine.

In the hospital, it turned out that the child has an allergy that causes such a severe reaction after smoking vape.

“Without external stimuli, that is, smoking electronic cigarettes, such a reaction could not have occurred. However, against the background of smoking, she developed signs of respiratory failure very quickly,” said allergist Ruslana Prots.
