According to the court, the resident of Lviv was found fit for mobilization. In April 2024, he was issued a summons, but the man did not come to the TCC.

At the trial, he admitted his guilt and repented. He stated that he allegedly did not come to the TCC because he was undergoing treatment.

“He did not register for the service determined for the mobilization of the military unit of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, he did not start military service and the duties assigned to him.
