After a special operation with the participation of the Ukrainian police in the summer of 2024, 10 fraudsters who defrauded 450 Ukrainian military personnel of 46 million hryvnias were arrested. As a result, 20 soldiers died while waiting for the promised transport.
The perpetrators stayed in the pretrial detention center for only three months, after which the court changed their preventive measure to house arrest. In this way, the accused were actually free.
The reason is a bribe of 100,000 dollars. for the judges of the Court of Appeal of Chisinau: these are Spoyala Aleksandra, Ihor Kiroshka and Babalou Dinis.
