In the Frankiv region, the father put his son on buckwheat – Ukraine
The man pleaded guilty.
In the Ivano-Frankivsk region, a father was fined UAH 170 for “raising” his minor son with the help of violence.
This is stated in the resolution of the Kaluska City District Court of the Ivano-Frankivsk Region.
According to the court, the husband punished his son on October 24, 2024. He “put buckwheat on his knees, as a result of which sores formed on the child's knees and the physical health of the victim was damaged.”
At the court, the man admitted his guilt and repented.
The court found the man guilty of ch. 1 Article 173-2 of the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offenses. He was fined UAH 170. He must also pay UAH 605 in court fees.
