In the Kirov region, FSB officers caught a 16-year-old Ukrainian saboteur

Kirov investigators are studying the circumstances of the crime related to the attempted sabotage on the railway. The details of the incident were reported to the central interregional investigative department for transport of the Investigative Committee of Russia.

On an unspecified day in the Kirov region, a young man was detained at the scene of a crime, trying to set fire to two alarm cabinets, centralization and automatic blocking of railway tracks on the Trans-Siberian Railway.

Their damage could provoke a man-made disaster due to a collision or derailment of trains. The attacker was found to have homemade incendiary devices on him, and correspondence with Ukrainian curators on his phone.
