In the Kyiv region, at one of the checkpoints, an employee of the TCC smashed the windshield of a man's car when he wanted to drive away so that he would not be served with a summons.
The corresponding video appeared on the Internet today.
According to preliminary information, the incident took place in Glevas near Kyiv.
The footage shows a man getting into a car and warning that since he is “not under arrest” he is driving away. To which he is rudely ordered to stop the vehicle. When the driver slowly continued to move, the military TCC hit the car with his fist, trying to stop it.
Police reaction
The Kyiv Regional TCC has not yet commented on the incident. But the regional police confirmed that the video is indeed a military TCC.
