In the Lviv region, a person liable for military service won a court case against the district TCC and SP, which did not consider the documents sent by mail on granting a deferment from mobilization. This decision was made by the Lviv District Administrative Court, Zaxid.net reports.
It notes that in May 2024, a person liable for military service applied to the Chervonograd RTCC and SP with an application for a deferment from mobilization due to the fact that one of his parents has a second group of disability. A TCC representative sent the man a letter demanding that he personally come to the TCC and submit documents.
