In Russia, teachers of several schools, on the orders of a prankster, made and put on tin foil hats for “protection from the effects of NATO satellites.” The Moscow Times reports this.
The author of the prank is the Belarusian prankster Vladislav Bokhan, who sent “orders” to a number of Russian schools allegedly from Putin’s United Russia party. In particular, he demanded that the Helmet of the Fatherland campaign be held, in which teachers were asked to make and wear tin foil hats to “protect themselves from the effects of NATO satellites.”
