Energy experts called on Ukrainians to avoid turning on several powerful devices at the same time when the lights are back on schedule.

Due to heavy precipitation and the accumulation of wet snow, 109 settlements in Dnipropetrovsk, Kirovohrad, Sumy, Kyiv, Chernihiv and Chernivtsi regions were cut off.
