In Kropyvnytskyi, a photographer was sentenced to probation because of the candid photos he sent to his clients.
This is stated in the verdict of the Kirovsk District Court. Kropynytskyi (the name of the court is not decommunized – ed.).
According to the court, during the communication in “Telegram”, the man sent intimate photos of an unknown woman to the client. During the search on his phone and computer, law enforcement officers found similar spicy photos.
At the trial, the man pleaded not guilty, but refused to testify.
One of the witnesses said that she was looking for a photographer for photo sessions and wrote to the defendant. However, when she found out that he takes photos in a nude style, she refused.
