The President signed the corresponding law.
President of Ukraine Vladimir Zelensky signed a law that provides for the improvement of procedures for conducting medical and social examinations. The law stipulates that a person’s attendance at a medical examination at MSEC is not mandatory.
To establish disability, the commission will only need to analyze medical documents.
A person also has the right to determine how he will participate in the MSEC meeting (in person or online).
In addition, data on MSEC findings will be entered into the electronic health system (ESHS). This will simplify doctors’ access to data, which will speed up the process.
