In Ukraine they want to introduce fines for parents for refusing to evacuate their children – UNIAN
For evading the evacuation of children, a fine of 850 to 1,700 UAH may be imposed, and for a repeated violation – up to 5,100 UAH.
The Cabinet of Ministers proposes to introduce fines for parents who refuse the mandatory evacuation of children from dangerous areas. The corresponding innovations are contained in draft law No. 12354 on amendments to the Code of Ukraine on Administrative Offences.
