Information technology – the top 10 employers for beginning IT specialists in Ukraine have become known – UNIAN
Most often, beginners are hired for positions in Support and Software Engineering.
In 2024, 31 IT companies in Ukraine hired almost 3 thousand “juniors,” that is, specialists without work experience or with less than a year of experience. This was reported by the web portal about the IT industry of Ukraine DOU.
“In total, 31 IT companies hired 2,970 junior specialists in Ukraine. For comparison, in 2023 the situation was approximately the same: then the 32 surveyed IT companies hired 2,920 juniors in Ukraine. In 2022, there were a thousand more hires, but also companies who shared data were 40,” the study says.

- EPAM Ukraine – 480;
- SoftServe – 327;
- Netpeak Group – 273;
- GlobalLogic – 197;
- ZONE3000 – 168;
- Ajax Systems – 163;
