Intel video cards 2024 – killer RTX 4060 and RX 7600 presented – UNIAN
The $249 Arc B580 makes 1440p gaming accessible to the masses.
Intel beat out Nvidia and AMD to be the first to announce next-generation graphics cards built using the “Battlemage” GPU architecture.
The range will be complemented by two models: Arc B580 and Arc B570. These are mid-class solutions that will become an interesting alternative to GeForce RTX 4060 and Radeon RX 7600 video cards.
According to the company's internal tests, the Arc B580 is up to 32% faster than the RTX 4060 in traditional rasterization and up to 25% in ray-traced modes. In addition, the card has 12GB of memory, designed for gaming at 1440p resolution – something that the 8GB RTX 4060 lacks, despite its higher price.
