By using an intercontinental ballistic missile against Ukraine, Russian ruler Vladimir Putin tried to raise the stakes, including with the West. This opinion was expressed by the head of the Center for Combating Disinformation (CPD) under the National Security and Defense Council (NSDC), Andrei Kovalenko.
According to him, Russian military officers began to shout about the “surrender of Ukraine,” but it will not happen.
“It was also not possible to raise the stakes – the “peace through strength” strategy continues to work. Russia is increasingly looking more inadequate than the DPRK and is approaching the moment when their toxicity for others will outweigh the benefits of using the Russian Federation as a raw material appendage,” noted…
