His older sister passed away.
The family of famous actor Jim Carrey experienced grief. His older sister Rita died.
The sad news was announced by the husband of the deceased Alex on Facebook.
“With a heavy heart and deep sadness, surrounded by her family and friends, Rita died peacefully and quietly,” he wrote.
The man did not note what caused the death and how old the woman was.
He only wrote that he and Rita had been together for 16 years, but they only arranged an official wedding in 2023. Alex also shared some memories of his beloved:
