John Wick fans have reason to rejoice! Lionsgate Television has announced the filming of the series John Wick: Under the High Table, which will be a continuation of the popular franchise with Keanu Reeves.
The events of the series will unfold after the completion of the film “John Wick 4”, when the main character left the world of the High Table – a mysterious organization of assassins. The new show will introduce new characters who will strive to make a name for themselves in this dangerous world, while some familiar characters from the franchise will remain true to the old rules.
Keanu Reeves, who starred in all four films, will executive produce the series. The screenwriter and showrunner will be Robert Levine, known for his work on the TV series “Black Sails” and “The Old Man.”
