According to People, in the lawsuit that Jenn filed on November 22, it is noted that the crime allegedly took place in 2010. The model then starred in the music video for the song In for the Kill as a supporting actress. In the lawsuit, Ann notes that she was wearing only revealing underwear.
On the set, according to the model, West pointed at her and asked her to “give him this Asian girl.” The model claims that she allegedly tried to deny the rapper, saying that she was not too dressed, but he only noted that it was exactly what he needed. West asked the other actors to leave the room.
