Katkov answered what means can deal with a ballistic missile

Specialized air defense complexes are engaged in intercepting such missiles that flew into the Dnipro.

Intercepting medium-range missiles is handled by THAAD systems, guided-missile destroyers Arleigh Burke and land-based Aegis Ashore, both with SM-6 and SM-3 missiles.
